Personal Care & Daily Living Assistance

  • Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – Help with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, and toileting to support dignity and independence.

  • Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) – Assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.

  • Mobility & Transfer Support – Helping individuals safely move, walk, and transfer in and out of beds, chairs, or wheelchairs to reduce fall risks.

Health & Safety Support

  • Health-Related Procedures & Tasks – Assistance with non-complex health needs, such as range-of-motion exercises, medication reminders, and repositioning for comfort and skin integrity.

  • Observation & Redirection for Safety – Monitoring and providing verbal reminders for individuals with memory, cognitive, or behavioral challenges to ensure safety.

  • Support for Positive Behavior – Using redirection, reinforcement, and communication strategies to assist individuals with behavioral challenges.​

Community Engagement & Independence

  • Adaptive Support for Community Living – Helping individuals develop skills to engage in social activities, communicate their needs, and participate in their communities.

  • Personal Empowerment & Choice – Encouraging individuals to have control over their care and make decisions that align with their needs and preferences​

Additional Support Services

  • Worker Training & Family Support – Training individuals, family members, and workers to provide the best possible care.

  • Flexible Service Delivery Options – Offering both agency-managed and budget-model services, allowing individuals to choose how their care is provided.​
